          Gadgets are devices having a unique purpose and functions. Some of these are small but very useful devices. These gadgets are often powered by mechanical and electronic current; with a practical use but often thought of as novelty.

          Nowadays, gadgets are everywhere and most people are very captivated in using it. Some of them are very dependent on it. I may say that I am on one of those certified gadget users; or shall I say by using those gadgets make my life or anybody’s life I comfort. I am indeed comfortable when using gadgets especially in doing household chores, projects, storage devices and a lot more. It made my days less worry and does my tasks in advance. People tend to ask their queries about these gadgets, and how this gadget affects people’s lives. Can these gadgets bring people always to convenience?Is it really useful or harmful? People observed a lot of advantages in using these gadgets; as well as disadvantages.

          Modern gadgets that change the world are a gross understatement. According to the latest survey in the internet; the top ten gadgets are television, camera, video-gaming consoles, personal computers, laptop, smartphones, camcorders, iPods and computer notebooks. This gadget provides advantages and disadvantages among most of the people. It would take us to discover a lot of things. Hi-tech gadgets are proliferating by dozen. And most people tend to use it in their day to day living. I guess nobody wants to go back to the days of no television, no washing machine, and certainly no cellphone. Modern technologies provide identifiable educational advantages, such as greater access to information and more to communication. Over-use of technology, though; especially such gadgets as cellphones, iPods and videogames, presents a whole range of problems and it may deteriorate a person’s mind.

          The advantages of new technologies and gadgets are very vivid. It may produce higher profit that can benefit any businesses. It may increase communication, spread up work and being up to date to the trends. However, it has lots of disadvantages which includes online fraud, dependency on gadgets, integrating new technology upgrades, technology related diseases, addiction, lack of privacy, potential for misunderstanding, decline of grammar, spelling and even distraction from real life. It may also lessen proper communication in the family; and never ending pressure in taking responsibilities.

          Although, using this gadgets are very conducive yet we are burdened by its negative effects. Let’s all bear in mind that we should balance everything that we do in life. We must not be distracted by these gadgets in order to lese our priorities. And lastly, we must always set our precedence in a right way. We must not forget that there are lots of things that gadgets cannot provide.
